2. Please prepare an A0 size infographic poster (portrait) in English, Malay, or Indonesian with this information:

 3. The poster must be submitted in PDF/JPEG/PNG format only.

Evaluation criteria

Appearance & Organization

• Contributing colors to understanding, not distracting

• Font (size, style, quality)

• Effective use of space 

• Overall appeal (balanced composition, catchy)

Content of the Poster

• Catchy title reflecting the content of the poster

• The Background is clearly stated

• The problem is clearly explained

• Clear and concise materials and methods

• The project/research has a significant impact

• Conclusions are in line with the stated objectives

• Good grammar, spelling, and punctuation

1. The video must be uploaded to the YouTube channel. Please set the privacy setting to 'UNLISTED' if you want to restrict the audience to only those with the link. 

2. Submit your product video link to the ICrIPE system (the same system is used with the registration system).  The product video should add the following information to the content: Introduction, Problem statement, Design methodology, and product description.

3. There is no restriction to use other support product videos such as Powtoon, Spark video, PowerPoint, or a recording of you presenting the product. 

4. A clear and creative product video will give a good impression to the jury. PRODUCT VIDEO DURATION MUST NOT EXCEED 5 MINUTES.  

5. The product video can be done in English, Malay, / Indonesian.

6. The resolution of the video should be high definition (720p or 1080p).

7. All virtual product videos will appear on our website at https://www.icripe.com

Evaluation criteria

Product Video 

• The flow of the product presentation is logical and easily followed

• The sound and audio used are understandable, not distracting

• The presentation is appropriate in length—not too long or too short (5 minutes).

• The video is presented in a creative and attractive way

• overall appeal
